RGB Ram Problem

So here is what I have

 

Motherboard - ASUS X99-E WS USB 3.1

Ram - Corsair Vengeance RGB

 

The Problem - I cannot change the colour of the ram and make it static.

 

I have the software and the update and still nothing.

Might wanna update your UEFI.

Bios is up to date

Clear CMOS.

And if that doesn't work, then do what I assume you already did and reinstall the software yet again.

Also, what software? As far as I remember, Corsair's iQUE (or whatever is its name) doesn't support RAM yet. You need the Link.
