good enough for most games at minimum to medium settings, but there are still games that wont run on it.

 

If you have extra money, dont buy a graphics card, get 16GB RAM total instead.

im assuming this is around the $500 range. Id save up a bit more money and roll with a 6 core processor and a old/newish graphics card from amd.

Make sure that the RAM is dual channel for the best APU performance. Other than that, I would recommend getting a low range GPU for second hand, GTX770 or R9 380 or something along those lines.
