budget is arround 300 - 350 for whole PC including DVD-burner, power source and case. 

iam buying it from this shop because i can get it w/o tax from there

Bivas v Slovensku, hm?

 

I'd definitely go with an APU for this build. Not only can it be smaller if you buy a case like the InWin Chopin, but it'll be cheaper as well.
