You need to get .ISO from alternative source or use browser addon to fool MS site to think that your current OS isn't Windows. Then you can use Rufus to make bootable USB.

But thats really only needed if MCT isn't working. It had some Windows Update related issues few months ago. Also, if you ever want to make any other bootable OS/tool other than Windows, Rufus is one of the better tools. I just made gParted USB with it yesterday.

Well i be back when the flash drive pops up hopefuly everything goes smoothly

When you create bootable drive, its same as you'd burn CD/DVD. You can't add files there while its made to bootable from. You could create multiple partitions on drive so one would have OS and another place for files. On the other hand formatting takes few minutes so why bother?
