I5 4570 bottlenecking GPU?

nah you are fine in 9/10 cases.

Also Cinebench can easily have a 10% variation in the results. Just rerun a couple times and you will be close to 500 points or above aswell.

 

If you find your CPU is maxed out a lot in games you could upgrade all the way to a 4790K

Make sure that you have nothing else open but cinebench (and task manager).


Check in task manager that cinebench is using 99%+ cpu usage

gpu usage was around 20% and cpu was about 30% in opengl

forget the openGL test, it's shit. Only the CPU Test is important in cinebench,
