I5 4570 bottlenecking GPU?

Are these normal results in cinebench? My cpu is much lower than the same one two places above. Is my cpu bottle necking my gpu or? 

 

Card is EVGA GTX 1060 6GB SC

nah you are fine in 9/10 cases.

Also Cinebench can easily have a 10% variation in the results. Just rerun a couple times and you will be close to 500 points or above aswell.

 

If you find your CPU is maxed out a lot in games you could upgrade all the way to a 4790K

Make sure that you have nothing else open but cinebench (and task manager).


Check in task manager that cinebench is using 99%+ cpu usage

forget the openGL test, it's shit. Only the CPU Test is important in cinebench,
