720P stream help

So im streaming fortnite and doing 720p streamins I can do 3500 bit rate but My specs are a i7-2600 8gb of ddr3 and a gtx 1060 3gb so whats a good bitrate and should I use cpu or gpu encoding and either one witch settings???

I have a similar processor and graphics card but I can only get a few 100mb bitrate bc Australian Internet sucks but I use 720p and Intel hardware encoding.

2500-3000 is enough for 720p. Your upload speed has a lot more to do with bitrate than specs. Which are fine for that resolution.

Yeah, with 2700 bitrate should be no problem.
