Well since you didn't give us a budget or location I can only guess that it's somewhere around the $600 mark and you're in the US.

Dropped the $75 HDD for something cheaper and better, added in a PSU, and put in a GPU that's in stock, added a modest SSD, and changed the case for something a bit cheaper. Pulled the OS out too since you can get it from Kinguin for much less.
