Umm what? Windows movie maker stop working

Ok so windows movie maker just stop working like it won’t open at all and it’s now saying my pc doesn’t meet the minimum system requirements yet I was just using it in the morning at school for a AV Project and I did reinstall it and it didn’t help

I hate these type of Youtube videos. Just so you don't have to watch an annoying video the answer in that video was: Update your GPU driver.

(Update) ok so I don’t know what I did but now it’s working I think it was the net frame on window features  I think
