The 1060 is better.

1060 all the way. 3GB or 6GB will still out perform a 770. SLI benefit is limited and supported on a per-game basis and PhysX is basically dead.

Physx is basically dead and the 750 might slow the 1060 down in physx workloads, and for those with powerhouse cpu's like the r7 1700 it could be faster to use the cpu.
