Hello computer enthusiast's

Started building a new rig, the ASUS ROG Zenith Extreme supporting 6 ASUS Poseidon's.  Noticed that the BIOS settings are fairly different from ASUS ROG motherboards and ASUS motherboards, which should be completely the same.  Started out with two GPU's on the motherboard with four GPU's connected using PCIE riser cables, BIOS was unable to detect the GPU's.  Recently switched to using riser extender cables for two GPU's.  But unable to connect the last two GPU's in a way for the BIOS to detect them.  My question is how do you configure the motherboard for more than 4 GPU's using PCIE riser cards?  Reached out to ASUS but unable to get a response for ROG motherboard settings, ROG BIOS settings don't have System Agent (SA) Configuration settings.

Hardware:

Thermaltake 900

ROG Zenith Extreme

Ryzen Threadripper 1950X

Thermaltake Floe Triple Riing RGB 360 TT Premium Edition

6 x ROG Poseidon

4 x Ubit PCI-E risers

2 x Thermaltake TT Premium PCI-E x16 3.0 extender riser cable 600mm

Corsair Dominator Platinum Series 128 GB

Samsung 960 EVO Series 250 GB

2 x EVGA SuperNOVA 1600 T2

Response from ASUS
> 1.Update BIOS
> 2.Go to BIOS -> Advanced -> System Agent (SA) Configuration -> Above 4G
> Decoding -> Enabled
> 1.Graphics Configuration
> 2.DMI/OPI Configuration -> DMI Max High Speed -> Gen 1 (or Gen 2)
> 3.PEG Port Option -> PCIx16_1 Link Speed -> Gen 1 (or Gen 2)
> 4.Press F10 to save.

The computer is for my business, want to showcase a maxed out computer for 4K video editing and VR rendering.  Once I get the all the cards working, I'll work on water cooling.  If it was for the purpose of what your thinking why would I have bothered with the motherboard, processor, and/or memory choices.
