i used my headset with usb but there was allot of static noise depending on what fps, how much load and which devices i had plugged in via usb.

when i got the light on my k70 on i get a high pitchy sound and i get a bit of a buzz sound whenever i'm playing games ect.

it really annoyed me and i bought a soundcard, xonar phoebus, i liked it for a while but there are so many bugs and i'm not really satisfied with the quality it delivered(with headset).

so i sold my soundcard again and i'm back to usb, but i wanna know if there is some way to fix this, or might this be my motherboard issue(bad shielding ect...) i got a asrock z77 extreme4.

Make sure your power supply is grounding properly with the case - scrape/sand away any paint under the screws.

Try the damn headset in another craputer. If the same shit happens then the problem lies within the headset. Maybe next time you will ask us so we can yell at you to buy headphones and a separate mic.

Enjoy those tacos now, for in 1000 years they will be illegal... eh Ha Ha Ha! I think we all know why.

  • 2 weeks later...

so this is interesting, i tried my headset in my friends computer and it was fine, i got a new motherboard now and the sound is still there, but less. i got a msi mpower z77 now.

im sure the headset is fine, i don't have any complains about it and now i tried it in someone else computer i'm sure that the headset is good to. it might be my peripherals, i will test this out soon, i'm sure that my keyboard is messing with my headset a bit... to bad

MIGHT be possible, but seems a bit strange, before this psu i had an ocz one and had the exact same sound and my friend also got the same psu as i now and in his pc its perfect.

I feel like you're not understanding me, so I'll repeat myself.
