Need help with a case to fit this type of system as tightly as possible, sorry I didn't use a ruler :/ DIMENSIONS : 8" (W) x 11" (L) x 4" (H)

No cases out are SteamBox sized. The closest are the prebuilt digital storm bolt, ibuypower revolt, or the bare bone as rock m8. You will not find a case with a riser mounted GPU slot that is made for gaming. If you don't need a full sized card, Silverstone has some super small cases as does lian-li

yes but i'm not going to spend $1300 for a steambox just to get it's case, i want to make a steambox build. All the mini-itx mobo are too small due to the power supply.

But guys you have to admit, the case used in Valve's steam box is ridiculously SOLID!

from what I recall there is a msi m8 that is pretty small....I also think the alienware x51(I think at least) is pretty small

but small also means worse air flow and a super small case might cost more than an expandable one

Those cases are actually pretty big but they are slim. I would go with an SG06 or a CM130 Elite if you want really small. Maybe even a EVGA Hadron or Collusus mini if you want a tiny tower (FT03 fortress anyone)

Asrock M8, really pricey, not the best fans or airflow, but it works.
