Provide me a link to the RAM you have and I'll look at the specs.

What is the DRAM voltage when it's set to auto? Do you have XMP turned on?

yes if of course xmp is turned on. thats why it set automaticly to 1.35. and thats the link https://m.newegg.com/products/N82E16820231888

is there something wrong with my dram

voltage?

NewEgg says your RAM is 2400MHz at 1.2v. I haven't a clue why the XMP would turn it up to 1.35v let alone 1.488v because it should be at 1.2v.

I'm not familiar with your bios because I only work with MSI motherboards, but you should still be able to manually change the XMP profile. If you can change it, then select the 2400MHz speed and manually type in 1.2v.

If that doesn't work, then reset your motherboard to it's factory defaults and see what kind of voltages it's showing. If the voltages are good, then you might have a bad overclock.

If none of the above works, then you could have a defective part. Just because the RAM voltage is off doesn't mean it's the RAM messing up. I once had a build that had RAM issues and it turned out to be a defective CPU.

Nonetheless, try manually adjusting the XMP to 2400MHz and 1.2v. If that fails, reset motherboard to default. If that doesn't work, then exchange your RAM for a new set. If that doesn't work, then it's prolly the motherboard or CPU.

Setup // CPU: 7700k@5.0Ghz w/ H100i v2 // MB: MSI Z270 Gaming M5 // HDD: 1x500GB 960EVO 1x500GB 850EVO 2x4TB 7,200 Barracudas // RAM: 16GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance // GPU: ASUS GTX 1080 Turbo @ 2000MHz w/ NZXT G12 // PSU: 550W EVGA G2 // Case: Phanteks P400S TG

Unfortunately, you're going to have to troubleshoot. I think a good starting point is to reset the motherboard to default and only enable XMP.

Once you've done that go to the bios again and tell us what the DRAM voltage is.
