Currently I am using the Razer Man O'Wars and for the second time they have broke on the headband. I have gotten a replacement headset already and im tired of dealing with them. I am looking for a new high quality headset with or without a mic because I have a standalone mic that I use. Any price under $300 is good. Thanks for the suggestions!

My friend have Asus ROG Centurion 7.1 and he loves them, he got them for about 200 $

I have had Turtle Beach Elite Pro now for a year and it seems good, not using them lately though as I got gifted Razer Kraken (dont know why) and while they are new I use them, I heard some from SteelSeries are nice as well.

I dont think I have ever broken headset even with all dropping on floor and beer spilling...

I am quite smart, but I decide not to express that.

I think MAC is master race.

I may know some stuff, but generally I have gone through my life telling confusing, technical and actually useless things to people who have no technical knowledge just to get them off my back.

The 2 Razer Man o'Wars ive had both broke by me just putting them on my desk.

I was looking at the Steelseries Arctis 7's because those are what my friend is currently using. Just trying to get some more suggestions before I make a final choice.

There's the HyperX Cloud Revolver.

The original HyperX Cloud got a lot of praise over the years.

The Revolver are supposed to be the high-end version, though I don't know how well they stack up in terms of sound quality.

Build quality should be great. They have a metal frame which should make them very sturdy.

I have both the HyperX cloud revolver s and cloud 2. I recommend both. Both of them sound very good for a gaming headset, and they are both very comfortable. In my opinion, the Cloud 2 has a better mic, and the Revolver S has better comfort. I don’t use 7.1 so I can’t comment on that.
