PCI Express Not Working

Hi, my graphics card are not working on my MSI AM3+ G46 motherboard. i tryed both 8x and the 16x slots. I also tried a 7770ghz a 7850 and a GT 640. None of them worked. I can't check the bios because no on-board graphics. What could be the problem? should I get a new motherboard?

Have you tried turning it on and off? HAHAHA jk. Make sure the card is seated in all the way,it might take some force. If not, then your mobo is spoilt

Tried a different monitor?

Is the power supply functioning correctly?

Is your ram seated correctly?

Everything is correctly, the system turns on. Everything is correctly seated and installed work up until yesterday. I tried it with 2 monitors and a TV.

I tested the graphics card with the system in the description (one with the 3770k).
