Weird error screen

When I overclock my cpu and ram (Q6600) I get a weird screen when windows is about to load 

 

i tried to look this code up but I can’t find anything. I typed this on my phone so don’t mind my grammar

Does this happen when you put everything back to stock settings?

Btw my gpu is Rx 460 and mombo is a p5n d

Then it looks like a message to say that the OC you applied is not stable (most newer boards just say it's unstable).

And also I don’t know if this has anything to do with it when I was jumpstarting it I touched two front panel pins together and it made a spark when I booted up it stil worked

Looks like a generic unstable message, May I ask however, What chipset does your motherboard use?
