Logitech G403 wireless problem

Hi :)

 

so I have the side button set as "b" when im gaming, but the button dosent work before I have pressed it alot of times and then it starts working again, but then if I dont press it again for a while it does the same thing again.

 

its almost like the button is in "sleep" and need to boot up before it works :/ 

 

Got any ideas to fix it ? :(
