Ah, yeah that would be why. 

 

Both are running at 666MHz actual clock, which is 1333MHz DDR/effective clock. If you're wondering about the JEDEC specs, they're basically just telling you what settings the RAM will run at for different frequencies. 

 

EDIT: The important part is the memory tab, which shows what it is actually running at, while the SPD tab shows the specs for the memory rather than the current settings.

In a dual channel ram system the lowest speed will dictate the dual channel speed.

So the pc will use 667mhz for both ram.

The RAM here isn't running in dual channel, it's operating in single channel mode. 

 

If you mean having two sticks, then yeah, but that's something different from dual channel.

Those sticks combined are capable for dual channel.

Dual in the screenshot means its Dual Ranks and the other one is Single Rank.
