4k TV issue

So I recently Just brought LG 49UJ630V 49 inch 4K Ultra HD HDR Smart LED TV (2017 Model)

When I plug it in to my pc It reads it most of the time but then goes through a eaaitehr login loop where it keeps trying log in then cancels and tries again, or I have keep hit enter.

I tried 3 diffrent cables one did not give me anything

when I fiest pluged it in it worked till my pc when't in to sleep now cant even get it to work

when I remove the HMDII 2.0 cable from the tv it lets me log in plug it back in it logs me off and goes ina loop
try just tv wont log in
try both same result.
