CPU Cooler Clearance

I am planning a PC build and I already have the Noctua NH-D15. I plan to build on the ASUS ROG STRIX Z270E GAMING mobo. According to noctua the cooler will fit (https://noctua.at/en/products/cpu-cooler-retail/nh-d15/?tab=comp#socket_3297_manuf_30), but clearance for the memory is 32mm under the fan, and the ram you have linked is 46mm, so it won't fit.

The heatsink supports ram up to 64mm tall with the fan raised so it should fit fine. The fan can also be moved to the other side in pull.

Fair point, although it will make the heatsink 180-197 mm tall, so case clearance might be an issue.
