That depends on whether the majority of games you're going to play have good scaling or don't.

If yes, then go with 2 7970s, if no then go with Titan.

Generally speaking 2 7970s will be faster & Eyefinity is better than Nvidia Surround, the only issue is possible scaling issues (or lack of) with some games.

All of the games you mentioned have very good scaling.

You also should check this out if you are worried about micro-stuttering .

I would personally go with the TiTan, I care about graphics, but prefer a good story/gameplay mechanics. The TiTan is a good card, and I will not have to worry about drivers for games. Indie games do not get driver optimizations so I like a powerful card for that, things like BF4/Crysis 3 where AMD is working with devs to make it run better on their cards is different. Sorry if my grammer is bad I am getting tired.

You can turn the light off in the TiTan, but it will still be green just not glowing. Eyefinity is generally better than surround, but I think it is more personal preference. The Titan can be better than the two cards because it depends on drivers greatly, there are some games that are much faster, and some that are much slower(I have seen FPS drop to 10Fps from 60. Also, AMD still has there frame time/micro stuttering thing that is better, but not fixed, and it is compounded when you xfire.

I'd go with 2x 7970s but there might be some problems with crossfire at that res. Personally I don't like the Titan due to the ridiculous price when the 690 is evidently better and considerably cheaper. In fact if you were to open to a third option I'd recommend a 690 for cool, quiet and powerful performance.

i7 3770k @5GHz, Gigabyte Z77x-UD5H, GTX 1070, AX 1200, EK custom loop, 8GB Blue Vengeance CL9 1600MHz, IPS 24" 1080p 60Hz, Windows 10 Enterprise, a variety of Samsung SSDs
