i am a first time builder and i wanted to know if u could recommend a motherboard for the amd fx 8320e preferably one that works with rgb fans

You need to quote people like this if you want them to know you've replied to what they've said.

 

Don't get the 8320. At that price you'd be much, much better off with a Ryzen 5 CPU, or hell, even an Intel i3 8100.
