DirectX Error On every Applications

I have gotten this DirectX issue on almost all my Applications recently. It had prevented me from playing any of my games. I have made multiple attempts at fixing this. I deleted and updated DirectX, I reinstalled all the games, I tried to delete the config files, I updated Graphics card Drivers, updated windows, updated Mobo bios, GPU Bios, done SFC Scans system recovery, revert to an older Graphics driver. I went as far as reinstalling a fresh windows 10.

The problem doesn't appear on PUBG and Fortnite, yet it has shown up again and again on League of Legends, Counter-Strike, Diablo III Reaper of souls, And applications like Wallpaper Engine.

League and Wallpaper Engine both show up with a DirectX error popup, D3 Crashes, and Counter-Strike just runs as a Background process instead of opening the game and it stays as a background process unless I end it in task manager.
These issues came up all at the same general time

Storage - Samsung 850 EVO 500GB
