gpu problom

i bought a  new gtx 750ti but its gpu usge in gta 5 is 0% when moving when i stand at one plays fps raise to 60 fps .i donbt know what the hell is going on very odd probleme plz anybody here help

its a real and finr gpu i conformed it by  opening it  has real chip set of gtx 750ti also conformed by fur mark application
