random flashing bars on screen

Hey guys,

I am trying to figure out whats wrong: Basically I am running my system (specs below) almost the last three years now with only an ssd upgrade 1.5 years ago. But now, random problems occur:

TLDR: GPU wasn't showing any picture on startup, sometimes when logging in blind, it came back. Installed after contacting gigabrick support their own driver, somehow fixed it sortof, at least it did only happen once or twice the last 2 months AFAIR. Desktop background issue persists (also very randomly) and now every now and then, a bar flashes across my screen. No crashes, no nothing, happens while gaming, happens while browsing, but very random and not that often.
Should I contact Gigabyte again? guess i have 2 months of warranty left on the gpu. The last time after I contacted them because of the startup issue, they offered me to send it on my own cost to them and they would check it. But as I had to pay for shipping which isn't that cheap I decided against it because the problem was so random and with the gigabyte driver, the problem reduced itself.
What else could it be? the monitor and cable works fine on my laptop, so I doubt it is the monitors fault.
