Ryzen 5 1600 needs drivers?

You will probably have to install chipset drivers if it is a new build and new Windows install, but the CPU itself wouldn't need drivers.

 

For Windows 10, these are the correct drivers. https://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Windows 10 - 64

Just needs chipset drivers which can be found on AMD’s website or on your motherboard manufacturers website
