720p Streaming Issuies

So im getting into streaming my specs are ok

i7-2600

8gb ddr3 1366

gtx 1060 3gb

 

this works for 720p 60fps but would getting 4 more gb of ram help me alot because honestly Ill get lag spikes once a hour or so I think its the ram.
