If you want you can use the Sys prep it's essentially a low foam detergent that cleans the loop by using it as an initial fluid to wash anything out that still might be in there. You run it for around 6-12 hours before draining and flushing until it's cleaned out and replace it with the fluid of your choice. 

 

Utopia is Primochill's version of biocide but there isn't any detailed documentation I've found about it, my guess is it's regular copper sulfate or benzalkonium chloride like PT nuke. 

 

I've always gone with the old school method of just cleaning and doing a final distilled water rinse before loop assembly.
