need help with potential virus

When I shut down my pc (windows 10) a message pops up saying a program is preventing shut down, like if you have an unsaved word doc. But this program has no name or icon. I have used Norton, advast and MALWAREBYTES but none of them can find it and I have also tried to find it my self but failed does anyone what to do.

Probably not a virus, this often is a windows program, like the one that is listing what programs need to be closed(this happends a lot). Don't worry about it unless it causes a problem her.e

Unless it's a big problem for you and is affecting your computer in a serious way, you shouldn't need to worry about it.
