Ok I've been having this problem since the first week I build my computer back in December last year. I'll be browsing or playing a game and then I get a weird zapping sound that I hear from my headphones. It happens maybe around once per 3 hours and when it happens, My fps will drop a little and It "buzzes" around for 2 seconds.

Things I have tried were, replacing my power supply and GPU, and the problem still persists.

I have updated my GPU, CPU, and OS as of today, and the problem persists. If anyone has any knowledge that can help me, It would be appreciated.

Here's a video of the same problem I have. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CF9Pvdsz0UM

It occurs at around 49 seconds of the video.
