Experience purchasing from Nvidia

I recently bought a GTX 1060 Founders Edition directly from Nvidia and I was wondering what were people's experiences with them.

 

EDIT: I'm referring to Nvidia UK.

The main reason I bought the FE cooler is because:

  1. My case has horrible airflow and the FE blower style cooler seems more logical to keep the case temperature relatively low.
  2. I had no intentions of paying inflated prices for the exact same GPU with a different cooler.

I forgot to mention this (added it to the main post) but I bought it from Nvidia UK. They may handle things in the US differently for all I know.
