gpu idle at 50%

met gtx 750Ti worked Just fine, till i downloader MSI afterburner, i managed tot get it +220 core clock and +600 memory, and every thing was just fine, but the day after my games had drops to 20fps so removed the over clock, but my i saw that it was idleling at 45-60% gpu usage

theres is nothing running in the background,

Sounds like you bricked it?

Did you try DDU and reinstalling your drivers?
