Need help finding out when I uninstalled a program.

I uninstalled Sleeping Dogs about 2 or 3 months ago with Iobit uninstaller. I have a windows 10 x64 rig.

I looked in the Iobit uninstaller log of uninstalled programs and it isn't there.

I tried the method suggested on this page but couldn't find it.

I didn't have the game through steam.

It may have used a different installer and might not even be logged. Your best bet might just be to look around for surviving files (Saved games, configuration files, etc) and check the last used dates for a rough idea.

 

I'm not very knowledgable. Someone else here might have an idea. That's a specifically odd request. Just out of curiosity, why do you need to find that out?
