Surface pro mic auto-adjusting. HELP pt. 2

Part 1 was good for process of elimination, but the problem persists.

 

Coworker is using a surface pro with a 2.4 ghz Headset w/ dongle.

 

She uses it with a web based VOIP app.

 

If she speaks too loudly into the mic, the level drops from 100 to 80 or 70.

 

All boxes that allow apps to take control of the headset have been unchecked.

 

There is no "custom" tab for AGC.

 

Super confused.
