Hard drive trouble

I just got a second hard drive, 2tb caviar blue from western digital, and don’t know what to do software wise. I’ve put it into my pc. I’ve still got my local disk [C:] at close to full but can’t find my other HDD. In device manager it shows 2 HDD’S, 1 installed and started today, but idk how to access/ install to it. Any help would be appreciated. 

 

EDIT

in computer management, I have Disk 1- 1863 gb of unallocated space. It’s also not intitailsed.  What can I do?

You first have to initialize the drive
