So, I purchased quite recently an AB350 motherboard from ASRock.Let me get to the point, basicaly i have 2 sticks of 4gb 2133mhz Ram memory from Samsung, and a ryzen 3 1200 paired with a gtx 1050ti,I put both sticks in the motherboard, it beep three times  , but AMAZINGLY it actually boots into windows, where it confirms that only one slot is working, I opened Control Panel , System, and it displayed a message saying 3.75gb usable(8.00gb installed). In the Bios it says 8 gb Single channel , I'm guessing its refering to the 1 stick only working, both sticks were swapped around and I've tested every possible combination there is , I'm now wondering is it some dust in my ram slot or is it the boards fault . ?

Update.

I've sent the board back, but my seller (He buys from the companies and has permission to resell them), he apparently tested it himself and told me that it's denied because everything on the board is working?!!!.I'm thinking he either updated the bios on the board or cleared the CMOS, I'm still waiting for the message so I can pick it up..

2 reasons it will usually show that... Bad stick of ram, or your Windows is 32 bit and not 64 bit.
