Help! Windows 10 Internet Problem.

I'm done trying to fix this myself. I have Windows 10, and while browsing today my Internet just failed me. When I go to webpages it just says "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN". I can't seem to fix this. On other devices my Internet works fine. Windows 10 says I'm connected but nothing works. Please help. It's so annoying. I'm just so frustrated. I tried resetting my DNS, IP address, changing my DNS to Google's DNS, antivirus scans....

All my other devices work fine though. I'm typing this thru my ISP. I think it's Windows 10, my Ethernet cable, or my computer causing the issue.

Tried that, still didn't work. i can ping google.com and discordapp.com but I couldn't ping microsoft.com or youtube,com. it's still going on.... I just want to be online again.... please....

Update: Safe Mode allows me to get online again. Will run antivirus programs.
