Depending on your motherboard, you might be able to use it to control the fans. What motherboard do you have and what headers are your currently powering the fans off of?

You should be able to control them with most modern mobos. With older mobos, I can recommend taking look at Speedfan. With newer fans Speedfan isn't 100% guaranteed to work, so mobos own software/BIOS is better.

Go into the UEFI & check for Fan Speed, Fan control settings.

There are options there to change it from PWM -> DC, try setting it to DC.

 

 

 

If that fails getting a 5.25" fan controller is pretty easy 'n' cheap but your case doesn't support those.

An internal fan controller/hub is another option, but controller it will be less easy then just pushing a button on the front.
