So I updated (well I didn't, Windows did) from the 2015 release of Windows to the Cance-Creators Update of now, and Freesync won't work anymore, or at least fully. I always get some tearing at the bottom of my screen, sometimes anywhere else, but mostly the bottom. I have my frame rate set to 73 to fix any frames getting through the Hz cap, so that can't be the problem. I have Freesync turned on definitely in the driver, so it's not that, and my monitor has the Freesync turned on in its settings, the Device Manager recognizes my R9 390, and yes the HDMI is connected to my R9 r90 (My monitor only supports HDMI Freesync) and I've unplugged everything and left it to rest for a while. Any fix to this unusual thing? Freesync is working properly when outside of games and my monitor isn't the issue.
