Try disabling the internet, so mining isn't possible and run a virus scanner to see it that'll help.

Probably a miner come in, I've had one before. No other reason I can think of that would cause it!

How did you notice it was at 100% if the task manager doesn't show it?

 

Either way it doesn look like a miner malware, run a malwarebytes scan together with whatever AV you're used to.

I have MSI Afterburner and ASUS GPU Tweak running.
