Rewired my pc and now it won't post

So recently after about 2+ years of normal operation of my pc that I built I decided to finally do some cable management when I reworked my desk. I took my pc down and unplugged almost everything. I then rewired it and plugged it back in as it used to be. All of the fans, both cpu and GPU, as well as LEDs and USB connections power up. The problem is that it doesn't post anything. I have an AMD Athlon 760k, Rx 470, As Rock mobo, I tb Seagate, 120gb ARATA, 4X2 gb vengeance RAM, and 500W EVGA PSU.

I took normal precautions when building. I have unplugged and replugged my GPU both internally and externally, checked all power cables, and replugged my hard drive. Thanks in advance for any help.

Did you by chance flip the switch on your power supply? That can easily be mislooked. Also I would check that both your cpu(4 or 8 pin) as well as your 24 pin are completely seated.

Double check that everything is properly plugged in, unplug everything plugs into your computer like keyboard, monitor etc. and try to start the computer.
