Google Chrome Steaming Videos Stutter

Sorry if this has already been posted, but as of last week Chrome has decided to not playback videos correctly. I keep getting this awful stutter in all of my videos. If I use a different browser it is perfect! I have a pretty beefy gaming with an  

i7-6700K, 16GB DDR4 RAM, and an EVGA 980TI SC. It has really been bothering me so I decided to see if someone else has been having this issue recently or if it is just something with my computer?

Have you reinstalled Chrome?

.....No.....I don't know why I haven't tried that yet....hahah I will give that a try!!

Still having problems with video on a clean install.

Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date, also consider switching to Firefox or something, at least temporarily. You might even prefer another browser, maybe this is a sign!  lol

I recently updated my GPU drivers for FFXV so maybe it has something to do with that? I think for now I am going to switch browsers I haven't used anything, but Chrome for years haha.

UPDATE: I ended up reinstalling Chrome 2 times and updated some of my drivers so on my motherboard. It seems to have fixed the problem thanks every one for help!
