No signal

Fitted a bracket from cooler master now I’m getting no signal and fans running at maximum on my gpu it’s a 1080ti

What is the bracket for?

 

First thing I would do is remove the card and bracket and reseat it to make sure it is making good contact.

 

Remove the card and either test it in another PC or see if it will boot up using your onboard GFX (if you have one).

 

Make sure all external power connections is connected (6/8pin) to the card

Place the card in another PCIe slot if you have more than one. 

Does your PSU have enough wattage to run your entire system?

 

If reseating the card does not work, I think the card might be dead.
