AIO CPU block placement?

Hey dudes, I bought a Corsair AIO for my system and wondering if the placement really matters? So basically i have the Corsair logo going vertically on my cpu socket, rather then having it going horizontally with the Corsair logo reading left to right like normal. paint a picture one more time haha, instead of mounting it with the water tubes coming from the right side of the cpu socket "properly". I have the water tubes coming from the bottom of the cpu socket. I imagine it doesnt matter.........right?
