Mic and audio ISSUES!!!

Hi guys, trying to fix and audio and mic issue.

 

Just updated windows and it has messed my audio and mic, uninstalled windows audio drivers and freshly downloaded realtek audio from my mobo creator,that fixed the audio but when i try to talk through mic everyone can here all my desktop sounds. so the mixing isnt there, it is not separating them. disabled stereo mixing And still nothing. only one that is enabled in playback is the one relating to the headset

 

PLSS help cant find a fix anywhere
