Building a new PC

Hii there!

               I am building a new PC in India. And I hav my old pc specification with are given  below : -

1) i5-3450 processor

2) Nvidia GTX 630 Zotac Edition 4GB 

3) Gigabytes H61 motherboard 

4) Hyper X 4GB DDR3 + 4GB DDR3 ram 

5) Intel cpu cooler 

6) PUS don’t know exactly 

7) WD 7200 rpm 1TB harddrive 

8) Dell 1600*900 21” Analog display 

Here the my old PC specification. I want to build new PC for Online gaming, 2k or 4K gaming, all heavy as well new games can play, video rendering, editing, animations movies, streaming, I can be play future heavy games as well I can be upgrade PC  in the future too. So which parts should I take from old PC? And please give me better PC build specification and suggestions with my budget upto 1537.00 US dollar (1lakhs ₹). I hope I can get better PC specification from it... Thank you so much for your help!
