CUE 2 Help

Good evening. So my 1 and 2 on my number pad (my recording start and stop buttons). Currently they are set to static white, and they turn green and red, respectively, on key pressed and go back to white on key release.

How do I make it to where when I press 1 key, it turns its respective color, and when I press the other key, it turns on, and the former stops? I record on Youtube, and it's a big trouble of forgetting to unmute my mic and when I'm done needing the mute.
