Noisy computer, PSU or Case?

Hello I am new here and regret to let my introduction be a "stupid" question. However I have been living with my current system for about a year now and thought I would be able to keep up with the noise but found myself bound to headphones on even when not listening to music, solely to keep the noise of my Power supply out.

I recently sworn to figure out what part was making the noise and singled it out to being my PSU (EVGA - 650W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply). But now the question is, what is more likely to be causing the noise; the cheap case (Deepcool - DUKASE V2 ATX Mid Tower Case) or the Power supply. And which should i replace to get a better result?

This is not to show the noise level but rather what kind of noise it is. link: https://vocaroo.com/i/s0QeD7jNn8v0

Information:

1. I am pretty certain it is the fan inside the power supply that is making the noise because sometimes it suddenly become so nice a quiet.

2. The area around the Computer is vibrating, not extensively, but enough to annoy you if you had your feet nearby. I tried putting cloth under the feet of the computer to damper the vibrating to no avail.

3. The power supply got a eco mode, tried both with it on and off, no difference.

4. My system is marked as a 326 watt system on pcpartpicker.

You could single out if the power supply is making the noise or some issue with the case by separating the two. You could put the power supply on the desk next to the computer then connect it and power the computer on. If the Power Supply is noisy outside the case then it is definitely the power supply.

Thanks for your suggestion, I will try this when i have time tomorrow. Sadly there isn't that much space in this case for the power supply so it will be a smaller project to get it out without damaging anything, so i wont have time for it tonight.
