I've read that you don't really see any real world differences between M.2 storage and a regular SATA SSD unless you're working with big files constantly. Personally I'd ditch the M.2 and either use the money and get a bigger SATA SSD or get a 256GB SATA SSD and then use the leftover money for a little bigger cooler, especially if you're going to try and push that chip to it's limits.
