Woah, way too much voltage lol. You will fry RAM with 2V pretty much instantly.

 

Totally unnecessary anyways. You can usually pull any RAM that isnt "cheapy" green or value RAM up to around 3200 MHz on 1.35V which is more than enough for any application anyways.
